SUBMISSION GUIDELINE


PAPER SUMBISSION GUIDELINES

All papers for the conference should be original works. The conference committees do not accept paper submissions that are previously published, currently in-press, or under consideration for publication elsewhere.

The paper is reviewed based on the following criteria:
1. Scope/relevance to the conference theme
2. Conceptual framework
3. Overall contribution to the field
4. Writing style, composition, and clarity

Read the guidelines below and then follow the steps.
1. Fill the form of Registration
2. After registration is successful, submit your abstract.
3. Abstract must be presented in clear English with correct grammar and spelling.
4. It must be written in between 150 and 250 words, using Times New Roman of 12 in size.
5. No assessments will be made to abstracts which are sent via email.
6. Wait for the “Letter of Acceptance (LoA)” on abstract submission. The committee will review and announce result.
7. Submit your full paper and the receipt of conference fee to website. Then, choose whether you will attend the conference onsite or online. See the template “Full Paper Template” .  
The conference reviewer will review the manuscript before submitting to the journal publisher. The presenter can choose to publish in Proceeding or journals.


POSTER SUMBISSION GUIDELINES

1. Please save poster with the format: poster_last name of the first author.
2. All Posters should be in A1 size format.
3. The poster should clearly illustrate the core concepts of the research.
4. The poster must be no longer than 1 page. Additional pages will not be accepted.
5. Please use the same title that was submitted in your abstract.
6. Include innovations, unique components, as well as outcome data.
7. Include enough detail for viewers to understand how they can replicate your efforts.
8. Submit your abstract and poster.
8. Wait for the “Letter of Acceptance (LoA)” on abstract submission. The committee will review and announce result.
9. Submit the receipt of conference fee to website and choose whether you will attend the conference onsite or online.
10. All posters will be displayed during the conference day and there will be a selection of the best poster.
