International Conference on Islamic Education (ICIE)

ICIE is a biennial event organized by the International Islamic Schools Alliance in collaboration with reputable institutions from around the world. The main goal of organising ICIE is to explores ideas and solutions for international Islamic education problems, such as improving the quality of Islamic education management, teaching and learning processes, educational measurement and evaluation, curriculum, education research and development, child protection in education, the role of the family in Islamic education, the application of Islamic values in Islamic education, and improving the quality of teachers.

4th International Conference on Islamic Education 2023

The 4th International Conference on Islamic Education 2023 is organised by the International Islamic Schools Alliance (ITTISHAL) in collaboration with the Asian Centre for Inclusive Education (ACIE) Bangladesh, two institutions that have a common mission to promote the achievement of Education for All (EFA) as a global goal. Bringing the theme “Policy, Research, and Experience in Inclusive Education: The Global Perspective”, the 4 th ICIE 2023 is organized to gather the ideas and best practices in the implementation of inclusive education. The conference will invite the policy makers, experts from universities, researchers, and schools organizing the inclusive education. The conference will be a discussion forum to formulate the actions to strengthen the policies, the teaching and learning process, and also the management of inclusive schools around the world. So that it can build an inclusive society and to achieve education for all. Every learner matters equally, regardless of their specific needs, difference, status and gender.

International Islamic Schools Alliance (ITTISHAL)

ITTISHAL is a collaborative forum between Islamic schools in the world which was initiated by the Al Firdaus Educational Institution Foundation and the Modern Assalaam Islamic Boarding School in Surakarta, Central Java and the Institute Prive Alif from Toulouse, France. ITTISHAL is established in October 1st , 2015 with the head office in Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia. Recently, this alliance has more than 40 members of Islamic schools from 4 continents. The ITTISHAL main concern is in education, represented in its annual or monthly program. The programs of ITTISHAL are education conference, workshop and training, seminar/webinar, research, and other education forum. Asian Centre for Inclusive Education (ACIE) Bangladesh

Asian Centre for Inclusive Education (ACIE) is established with prime objective of improving access to high quality education to disadvantaged children in Bangladesh as well as in Asian countries. The Centre is currently based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The members of ACIE are academics, researchers, educators and development workers from countries such as Bangladesh, India, China, and Pakistan, Australia, Canada and the USA who have interest in promoting inclusive education in Asian countries. ACIE is registered as a voluntary, non-profit, non-government organisation registered under the Ministry of Social Welfare of the Government of Bangladesh.ACIE Bangladesh has been organising International Conference on Equity and Inclusion in Education as a part of regular regional and international network collaboration activities. From year establishment ACIE has organised International Conference on Equity and Inclusion in Education for Six times, four in Bangladesh and two in India. The aim of the conference is to get an opportunity to share and disseminate ideas, research findings, academic and field-level experiences on Inclusive Education from the developing country experiences with a view to developing a recommendation guideline for the redefining education in the context of 21 century.
